Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in Quay Point, NE1 , from 16th January 2027 to 17th July 2027, as I would be travelling for an exchange programme. Its a 20 minute walk to Newcastle University and an 11 minute walk to Northumbria University. The flat is a female only flat and its on the last floor (7th floor) with an amazing view and very nice flatmates.
The room is a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. This for students only and between the ages of 18-25.
