We are located in a semi-detached house with a front and rear garden and drive to the side.
The house is in a quiet cul-de sac with excellent bus services to the city centre and also has good free on road parking. We are also only one mile from the A1. So good access for commuting.
We have a lovely large room to let in a centrally heated and double-glazed house. The room is on the first floor. The bedroom overlooks the beautiful large rear garden and patio. The room has built in wardrooms and a dedicated working space with a chair. There is free WIFI also.
There is a large bathroom with shower and bath on the first floor. This is not shared with the owners as they have their own bathroom. However, the guest bathroom may be shared occasionally if other guests are staying.
There is a large modern re-furbished shared kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is available for use of all of the facilities including the washing machine, cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Also included are : Crockery and cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, and other utensils.
We are a married couple looking to share our beautiful home with a lodger.
