I am Claire a 41 year old widow and I have a nearly 4 year old son.
We live in a three story property in Great Park in Newcastle, just minutes from the A1 and ten minutes to Newcastle Airport
The room we have is a beautiful king size bedroom on a floor of its own with its own private bathroom which was recently refurbished.
The room has a small private balcony, there is an enclosed garden at the house and driveway parking.
The shared kitchen is newly refurbished also, and there is a comfortable lounge space.
There is a spare bedroom which can be used as a home office by you and can be used for overnight guests you may have visiting.
We are ideally situated in a safe and quiet part of the estate, being next to the Community Centre for lots of classes, the bus stop into the City Centre (20 mins journey) Morrisons supermarket and a host of local independent shops, gym and cafes within a few minutes walk.
We have lovely neighbours.
The space comes with all bills included energy, wifi, water, Netflix etc (professional cleaner once per week)
There is also a home alarm system for which you will have your own access code
We are a quiet household but do like to be busy and sociable.
Our current housemate has been with us from Colombia for the last 6 months and is part of our family now. We would welcome you to talk to him or our previous housemate to ask any questions.
For non students there is a council tax payment on top of the rent of £72 per month.
