The house is a 10 mins by walk to the city centre, and located in a safe and popular location for both students at the universities or anyone working in the city centre.

Everyone has individual allocated spaces in the fridge/freezer and cupboards based on your room number.

The rent includes all bills and council tax although personal electric heaters are not allowed on the property due to their running costs.

House heating is automatically controlled, and is off during office hours 9am to 5pm, but enabled intermittently between 5pm-midnight, and early mornings around 7am.-9am

There are security cameras monitoring the entrance to the house and kitchen.
