The room:
I have a large double room near the City Centre of Newcastle Upon Tyne. It’s a quite area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find free parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well.

The Room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, dressing table and study desk and wifi. Your cut will be £420 plus bills per month. My new housemate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and garden which are included in the rent. Utilities bills are not included.

The location: 5mn walk to the city centre in a great location. Being downtown, it’s a quick walk to the gym, multiple grocery stores, shopping centre, restaurants, bars and starbucks. Basically all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking or a big commute.

The roommate:
I am female, easy going, and a Chartered Accountant (ACCA qualification).
I am looking for respectful, social, kind homemate who is responsible about the rent and bills and will treat the place like their home. Perfect for a young professional, graduate, student, or fellow.

When:
The room is currently available. Both long term and shot term letting requirements including weekdays, one month up to 3 months are welcome.
