There is front driveway and back garden. Its close to public transport and has many shops and takeaways nearby so no shortage of food options.

The rent includes all bills although electric heaters are not allowed in the property due to their running costs. Heating is automatically controlled, and is enabled early mornings around 7am-9am and intermittently 5pm-midnight (Heating is off during office hours 9am-5pm).
