Hi, my name is Mamun I am 58 years old and I am looking for mature tenants for my house share.
I have 2 room
available in this newly refurbished house, very clean quiet and tidy in Kingston park with ample parking and CCTV.
Kingston Park metro station is about 5 minutes walk away and a good bus link to the city center only 1 minute walk away.
Good local shops and pubs. (including Tesco, boots PC world tk max gym etc)
looking for professional hard working tenants, who require a quiet place to live, working hours to be normal 9-5, would be preferable and easier as I work from home,
A1 access is close to the house also Newcastle airport only 2 miles away.
All bills are included,
(but if you are gonna work from home an extra charge will be applied)
The bedrooms are a nice size with tv points, internet access and double beds with wardrobes.
we also have a south facing garden which is lovely and warm to chill out in the summer months
We have a cleaner who comes and cleans every Wednesday and Saturday
i also have 2 pet cat living here who are house cats
thank you for time
