I have a large double room to rent in NE29.

House and Room info:

Room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden so it is nice and quiet. It is fully furnished with double bed, hanging rail and bedside drawers. There is a TV currently in the room in need of an aerial but this can easily be swapped out for a desk instead.

The house has a living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen with all the appliances you need. There is a paved and decked garden. There is only on street parking.

Location:

Excellent public transport and road links. It is only minutes to the A19 and Tyne Tunnel. There is a metro station close by and bus services to local North Tyneside areas. It's approximately 15 minutes to Newcastle City Centre on the metro.

This room is ideal for someone who wants a short term let and a few nights stay per week (maximum mon-fri). This is not a full time or long term let option.

About me:

This is my spare room so I'm a live in landlord. I work from home most of the time but do go into the office weekly. I am easy going and value space and privacy.

I have a smaller double room with small double bed, small hanging rail and space for TV or desk. I can let this as a slightly cheaper alternative for £400. I'm not looking to rent out both rooms at the same time.
