Looking for a flatmate.

Hi, we are currently two male students looking for a third flatmate to share a fully furnished three-bedroom house, which will be available to move into from 1 September. The house has one kitchen, one bathroom, a backyard, and all the essential amenities. The total rent is £850 per month, which would be shared equally between the three of us, making it approximately £284 per person per month, with a one-month deposit required. Please note that bills are not included in the rent. We are currently in the process of securing the property, so the move-in date is expected to be 1 September. We are flatmates/tenants and not the property owners, and unfortunately, viewings are not available at the moment as we have not yet moved in.
