Two Rooms Available in North Shields – Close to Pe

Hi, I’m looking for two roommates to share a lovely three-bedroom apartment in North Shields. The property is around a 5-minute walk from Percy Main Metro Station, with good transport links nearby.

I currently occupy one of the bedrooms, and the other two rooms are available. The house is fully furnished and includes three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with the necessary appliances including a fridge, microwave and oven, a bathroom and a shared backyard.

The total rent for the property is £850 per month, excluding bills. With three people sharing, this works out at approximately £284 per person per month.

Bills will be shared between the three occupants. Electricity and gas are prepaid and based on usage, along with Wi-Fi and water. Council tax will also apply if required.

There is no UK guarantor required. However, there are a few important conditions, so please only get in touch if you are comfortable with them:

* The tenancy will be a joint contract between the three occupants.
* ID and a Right to Rent share code will be required where applicable.
* The rooms are for single occupancy only. No additional occupants can stay under the tenancy.
* Rent must be paid by the 5th of each month, so please only enquire if you can reliably meet this.
* Electricity and gas are shared, so reasonable usage is expected.
* The kitchen and bathroom are shared, so everyone is expected to keep them clean and tidy after use.
* Mutual respect and consideration for the other occupants is important.
