The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside and has direct access to The Red Kite Trail. Busses to and from Newcastle city centre are available within a 10 minute walk away and there is also secure off road parking available outside the property. Additionally there is a large garden to enjoy, however it is shared with my chickens, dog and cat so any pet owners would have to ensure their pet is reliable with other animals. The property would suit a proffesional/professionals or full time students, but it is not a party pad. Couples are welcome at £800 per month and short term let considered at £165 per week.
