I am looking for female professional lodger who would appreciate sharing my cosy, pretty house.

Minimum 3 months - maximum 12 months (negotiable).

Desk, chair and lamp for home-working set up on a rug with internet provided.
Designer wood framed double bed, fitted mirrored wardrobes and 2 side wood cabinets with lamps.
Room suitable for homeworking with internet provided.

Shared bathroom with gas shower above the bath.
Large kitchen with gas oven & gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Lounge with gas fire and through dining room.
Front and side garden.
Private patio to the rear with clothes drying lines.
Private drive to rear of property and plenty of off street parking.

10minutes walk to Sunderland Royal Hospital.
20minutes walk to Park Lane Metro and Sunderland city centre.
Bus stops at street corner to Sunderland centre and Durham.

Important:
£500 payable on the 1st of each month.
Bills included.
If you are looking to register yourself at living at my home, there will be an additional monthly charge of £50 to cover the increase in council tax.
Passport and wage-slip to be provided and copies taken for security.
I am not a vegetarian and there is alcohol in my home, so I am looking for a lodger who is similar or understanding.
I have a very friendly and house-trained boyfriend who comes down from Glasgow and stays approx 1 week out of 6, and when does he home-works at the dining table.
I would prefer to meet in local Barnes pub so we can check for mutual suitability.
