We’re delighted to offer this bright, spacious, stylish room to let. The room is available immediately, we’re just looking for the right applicant who will be a good fit with the other three lovely residents we have currently.

The room has recently been refurbished and offers a stylish and comfortable living space. There’s excellent storage on the large deep shelves at either side of the room, a double bed, wardrobe and desk/dressing table with chair, black out curtains (ideal for shift workers sleeping during the day) and brand new bedding and towels provided too.

The house is conveniently located directly opposite Sunderland Hospital.

The room does not have its own private bathroom, there is one bathroom in the house which is shared between all four residents. The kitchen and lounge are also shared with the three other long term tenants living in the house at the moment.

We currently have two males and one female resident living in the house. One of our current tenants has been with us for several years now, the others both for about two years. All have said they’d be happy to meet any potential new tenants viewing the room if the new tenant wished.

- The rent is £550 per month, deposit £300.
- ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the monthly rent.
- WiFi is provided free of charge
- There is a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room which are also free to use whenever needed.
