Flat 2 has a lounge/kitchen, a double bedroom and en suite facilities. All bills are inclusive, including heating and the internet but excludes electricity. Each flat has its own electric meter and the cost is about £5/week. It would suit 2 people sharing. (£50/week each) or 1 person.
There is free use of a washing machine and the flat is fully furnished including crockery/cooking pans etc.
The house is quiet and I often have tenants for an extended stay.
