Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful female professional to share my home with.

The House & Room:
A cosy, furnished double bedroom complete with smart TV and wardrobes (I’m holding off on buying those until you move in so you can have input on what storage works best for you!)

The Rest of the House: Modern house with fully equipped kitchen that you would have full use of. Fast Wi-Fi, off-street parking, and a nice quiet garden.

All Bills Included: £500/month covers everything (Council Tax, gas, electric, water, broadband)

Must be dog friendly:
I have a very friendly Cavapoo named Bert! He sleeps in my bedroom at night with the door closed, and all upstairs doors stay closed during the day so he won't be wandering into your space or disturbing you.

The Location:
Sunniside is lovely and quiet - perfect if you want a peaceful home to unwind in.
~8–10 mins to Team Valley & Metrocentre
~15–20 mins into central Newcastle / Gateshead
Great parking and easy road links if you drive, plus local shops and pubs nearby.

About me:
I’m a 28 year old professional - I wfh twice per week and like to be out and about on weekends! Ideally looking for someone who is chilled but enjoys socialising.
