perfect if you want somewhere relaxed to come home to. It’s a small space but really comfortable, with a small double bed, shelves, space for decorations, a chest of drawers, and handy under‑bed storage.

i’m pretty easy‑going and keep the place clean and calm. I do sometimes work from home, but the desk in the living room can be shared if you need a spot to work.

there’s a big shared bathroom with bath & shower, cute yarden out the back & big garage for any additional storage.

the location is AMAZE, you’re so close to Tynemouth’s cafés, bars, the metro, and of course the beach, so it’s ideal if you like coastal living but still want quick access to Newcastle.
