It is a double room with small en-suite facilities, and a main bathroom with bath, down the hall. Full use of flat including lounge/diner/kitchen. Although I am listing it as a flat share, I will working away most of the time for the next 6 months or so. Consequently would rarely, if ever, be sleeping at the flat. I will be around during some of the daytimes, looking after things a couple of times per week.
