I have 2 loving cats that come & go via cat flaps, so it's essential that you are accommodating towards them.
I have WiFi, NetFlix, Now TV & Prime accounts but no BBC TV licence that must be adhered to.
There is plenty of on street parking at the front of the house as the street is very wide.
