Furniture in the room: double bed and mattress with mattress protector and bedding. A built in wardrobe with chest of draws and a desk.
Shared facilities: living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, backyard shared with downstairs flat.
Location:
- near metro and bus station - approximately 13 minutes walk
- approximately 12 minutes by metro to Newcastle city centre
There is an ALDI around the corner, as well as a park and a 15 minute walk to a gym.
Monthly rent includes all bills, including tv licence, wifi and council tax.
Parking: On street parking
Suitable for: young professional who’s looking for a quiet living environment.
About me: I am a working professional, I spend most of my time at the gym or catching up with friends and walks along the coast. I share my home with my two cats, Thea and Berry!
