Bright double room to rent. Built in large wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower available and access to a kitchen and electric appliances e. g airfryer. I will ensure you have plenty of space in the cupboards and fridge/freezer. Plenty of parking available and there is a park 5 minute walk away. Aldi is at the top of the road and 10 minute drive to the galleries shopping centre. Easy to get to Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle.

I’m am an easygoing and relaxed individual who works from home 9-5. I keep the house to a clean standard and am considerate. I go out to exercise and see friends most evenings.
I like a chat and having a joke but also happy to leave you to your personal space. 1 more female in the house who is nice and working full time.
