Ensuite room on the coast

We have a lovely flat so close to the coast you can hear the sea from the front door. My current flatmate is moving away so looking for somebody to fill her ensuite bedroom.

We do have a third room but currently use it as a drying room for clothes/a movie room. It’s a bit too small to move a third person in but it’s nice to have the extra bit of space so we don’t have to dry clothes in the hallway.

I surf and own a surf school in Blyth so i’m usually out of the house a lot through summer. If i’m not at the surf school i’m usually up for a skate or dip in the sea. I don’t drink anymore but have no objections to living with somebody who does! I would rather live with another woman but i’m open to anybody who gives a nice vibe.

We’re council tax band A, and our full bills currently come to £168 a month. Rent is £450 each currently but went up by £50 when I moved in so I predict it may do the same when somebody else signs a new tenancy. We are on a shared tenancy as the property isn’t a HMO.

Our month end on rent is the 18th but my flatmate is happy to move out before then if somebody needs the flat earlier.
