Room in light & spacious home in Alcester

Room available for professional person, post grad student or researcher. The room is in a lovely large house in the pretty town of Alcester, Warwickshire. You would share the 4 bedroom house with me only, and I work away at The University of Oxford through the week. Handy for University of Birmingham (30/40 minute drive in car, or take train from Redditch) or University of Warwick (30 minute drive in car). Off road parking available. Would suit someone quiet and chilled. The house is calm, I do a lot of yoga and I am not a party person! Occasionally my partner stays but otherwise its very quiet. You can access the shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, lounge, garden, conservatory, kitchen, and dining room. There is space to store things in the loft if you have extra stuff. References would be required and one month rent in advance. All bills are included in the monthly rental price. Can reduce rent for student with council tax exemption certificate.
