You and the other two house mates have pretty much sole use of this part of the house with your own front door and living area, so you can come and go as you please without disturbing anyone. Parking to the front of the house, own entrance, own living room with sofa, armchair, 39" smart panasonic tv. Broadband provided. I'm advertising the room on behalf of my mum who lives in the other part of the house. A new kitchen with fully integrated Neff appliances has just been fitted. There's also a combi microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

Both rooms have a double bed and plenty of storage and hanging space.

The bathroom has a bath and a mains shower.

This is a great house where you can be left to do your own thing but in a house that feels like a home.
