We have a lovely 4 bedroom house. In a peaceful area close to Nuneaton and the country side. Looking to rent out one of our spare rooms, To help us save for a dream holiday. We are an easy going couple, sociable and easy to get along with. We are mid 30’s and both work from home. We have a very friendly Labrador called Rocket so you will need to like dogs. This is an ideal room for a professional. Ideal place if you drive, 15 mins from Coleshill, 15 mins from Nuneaton train station too so you can get around if you don’t drive. 25 mins from Solihull.
