Room to let in country house annex

I am looking for a solo lodger to join me in a converted barn. I am a mid-30s single professional and looking to share with someone at a similar life stage with similar interests. You should be clean, considerate, outgoing, and sociable. Bonus points for helping out in the garden!
The annex is part of a larger family home on a 6 acre estate. It has two bed rooms and two bathrooms. It is fully furnished with its own open plan kitchen/living room.

The room available is a self contained area with its own bathroom, utility, and walk in wardrobe.

All bills included in the rent.

Ample parking and bike storage. You will almost certainly need a car. There is lots of outdoor garden space including a lake.

This is a beautiful island of countryside near Solihull with easy access to Coventry, Birmingham, and London. Birmingham International Airport/Rail is 15 minutes by car and the nearest towns are Balsall Common (Berkswell Station) and Knowle (Dorridge station) which are both about 2 miles away and afford quick access to London.
