Single room in quiet family home

We are looking for a female lodger for our single bedroom in loft conversion which has a private W/C on the same floor. Chest of drawers and cupboard space provided. Access to shared bathroom on floor below. Access to kitchen and living room. Would suit a student/academic/professional. We have a cat but you can close the bedroom door to keep her out. Your bedding and towels will be changed every week. We are happy for you to leave things here over the weekends. We are also happy to consider other options if you need some more flexibility on which nights you stay. Close to Abbey Fields and Kenilworth Station. Easy access to Warwick University via bus or safe cycle route. Street parking.
