The room is ideally suited to a quiet and tidy postgraduate or professional, perhaps someone tired of hotel accommodation or busy house shares. We are a multi-cultured family, British and European nationals. We welcome other nationalities, and like other cultures. Past lodgers have come from Europe, North America, Asia and UK.

Lodgings can be offered on a Monday-to-Friday basis @ £600 pcm or full-time basis @ £750 pcm, incl. bills. For council tax payers additional costs apply (band D).

The property is located in a quiet cul-du-sac and within easy walking distance to the town centre for shops, including Waitrose and Sainsbury's, and a number of good restaurants, bars, cafes and an Italian deli. We are only a 15-min walk to the newly open train station in Kenilworth, connecting to Coventry or Leamington Spa train stations for the National Railway. For the arts, Kenilworth has two fantastic amateur theatres with regular preformances and nearby the Warwick Arst Centre, a multi-venue arts complex wide a wide variety of all types of theatre and performances, music, dance, comedy and film sudios, etc. From our doorstep there are pleasant woods (SSI - site of scientific interest) for walking/running or you can take the footpath along the brook to the Abbey Fields and Kenilworth Castle. Kenilworth has a swimming pool (currently under refurbishment), a tennis & squash club, a library, and great access to open countryside. There are health clubs in town accessible on foot; the Warwickshire Golf & Health club and the Warwick Sports & Wellness Hub under 10 min drive. We are also on direct bus routes to Leamington Spa and Coventry and on the greenway - a traffic-free cycling and walking path to Warwick University and beyond.
