Comfortable room available in a peaceful location. Study table provided. I'm happy to have a shared meal occasionally if you like - but that’s not compulsory! There’s a good sized garden to enjoy too.
One great 16th Century pub in the village, 3 cafes including Gilks for motoring enthusiasts, 2 Co-ops, a post office, florist, 3 churches (Methodist, CofE & RC), artisan bakery, 2 GP practices, 1 pharmacy and an award winning Indian restaurant.
A short drive from JLR/Aston Martin. There’s also a reliable bus service from the village to Leamington via JLR or the other way to Stratford upon Avon.
I've been a lodger before and I know how that can be. I hope you'll be happy at my place. A contract will be provided from Spareroom. It's more important for me to find the right lodger than to simply fill the spare room.
PS. Parking is plentiful in the cul de sac
