Central Leamington room in town house

We have a room available that would suit a professional who is working in the Leamington area. The room is very simple but has a comfortable double bed and used to be my daughters till she moved to London. It overlooks the back garden and is very quiet. I am a very easy going landlord. There is another lodger called Sara who lives in the basement room with her dog Paddy and my Wife who is from Thailand. I work in theatre and video production, Nina works in Studio 49 a nail bar and Sara works in hospitality. The area is great as everything is walking distance inc shops, restaurants, rail, bus.
