The rent is £595 per calendar month based on sole occupancy. Bills are levied monthly consisting of fixed bills costs(council tax, broadband and tv licence) which are currently £60 pcm. Utility bills - gas, electricity and water which are recharged monthly as incurred vary between £50-£85 pcm depending on time of the year.
The room is fully furnished. The kitchen and laundry room are shared.
The house is a grade2 listed villa, recently redecorated, with a beautiful large garden for relaxing in the evening and weekends. It is a short stroll from restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the main shopping centre.
The train station is within 5 minutes walking distance.
