The house is located in Whitnash and is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Leamington and a 15 minute walk to Leamington train station and also very close to bus routes also. Birmingham is only a 30 minutes journey on the train.
London Marylebone is only 1.5 hours journey on the train, Jaguar Land Rover at Gaydon is less than 20 minutes drive away. Also Trident College is only a 3 minutes walk away.
Must also be ok with pets as I have a small dog, she is very friendly and sweet natured
