I’m quiet, easy-going, very tidy - and looking to share with similar.
Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home all of the time (fairly important).
The flat/room - A generous sized, furnished room with comfortable double bed, south facing, in the leafy heart of Leamington Spa.
Electric only - light and airy rooms, great sized kitchen, contemporary bathroom, bath and separate walk-in power shower.
Communal garden area also included.
Private parking is included.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Leamington town centre, and 10-15 minutes walk to the train station. An excellent central, green, up-market and attractive location.
The room will be available from Feb 2026 onwards.
ALL bills, including council tax, are included in the rent fee.
