Large, furnished, double room with own bathroom in 4 bedroom new build house in Cubbington, Leamington Spa.

Must love dogs and cats!!

We are Emma and Adam, and we are looking for a short term lodger to live in our house, and look after our elderly cat while we go on our honeymoon. We will be going away for 5 weeks, leaving in October. We can be flexible with the length of the contract. Our lodger of 2 years just moved out a couple of weeks ago.

Sammy was rescued by my family about 14 years ago and is approximately 17 years old. He takes a daily tablet for high blood pressure and occasionally needs some painkillers for his arthritis. We have family and friends nearby but would ideally like someone to feed and check on him a few times per day, hence looking for a lodger.

We have a big house with plenty of space. You would have a large double bedroom with your own bathroom. We have 2 sitting rooms.

The room has a double bed, large triple built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, and a large storage cupboard. We can change furniture as required. The bathroom has a waterfall shower over a bath.

We have 2 small dogs (cockapoos) who will stay with family while we are away. They are full of character and won’t be ignored so being a pet lover is essential. The dogs do not shed their fur.

We have a trusted cleaner duo (used for years) who come every other week for 2 hours each to hoover, clean bathrooms, clean windows, floors and surfaces etc (cost included in price).

Kitchen complete with all new appliances. All bills included.

There will be a very comprehensive lodger contract in situ to protect both house owner and lodger- available on request.
