Large, furnished, double room with own bathroom in 4 bedroom new build house in Cubbington, Leamington Spa.

Must love dogs and cats!!

We are Emma and Adam, a couple, and are looking for a lodger. We have a big house with plenty of space. You would have a large double bedroom with your own bathroom. We have 2 sitting rooms and you would have your own large fridge/freezer.

The room has a double bed, large triple built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, a desk and chair and a large storage cupboard. We can change furniture as required. The bathroom has a waterfall shower over a bath. It’s a new build house so all fresh and in working order.

We have 2 small dogs (cockapoos) and 2 old rescue cats. They are all full of character and won’t be ignored so being a pet lover is essential. The cats are only allowed in the kitchen and garden and the dogs do not shed their fur.

We have a trusted cleaner duo (used for years) who come every other week for 2 hours each to hoover, clean bathrooms, clean windows, floors and surfaces etc (cost included in price).

Kitchen complete with all new appliances. Double fridge/freezers. Washing machine. Newly designed planted garden with lots of seating, egg chair and kitchen area. All bills included.

There will be a very comprehensive lodger contract in situ to protect both house owner and lodger- available on request.
