The house is on the main Radford Road in Leamington Spa, so 10 minutes walk from train station & town centre. Close to bus stops and 1 minute from local Sainbury's store.
This is a friendly house and we are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and has common sense.
Current tenant moved out after 6.5 years!
