The shared facilities include a small but perfectly formed kitchen with hopefully everything you need to cook up a feast, a large living room with marble fireplace, piano, smart tv and very comfy Loaf sofa, and a bathroom with a powerful walk in shower.

The property also has fast broadband, gas central heating, a dishwasher, washer/dryer and shared garden.

Finally a bit about me….

I am a sociable and easygoing professional in my early 40s who is out a fair bit during the week, whether that be at the gym, seeing friends or volunteering with a charity locally. I love cooking, trips to the pub and live music. I’m also vegetarian but have no objection to meat/fish being cooked in the shared kitchen.
