Double room in Central Leamington

Double room available in central Leamington in a 2-person shared flat.

Ideally looking for a female professional. There will be a deposit but am waiting on confirmation of numbers with the landlord.

Shared bathroom and living area (with a nice Juliet balcony overlooking a garden/terrace that we share with 2 other flats), with a washing machine and dishwasher in a shared kitchen. I work nearby 2-3 days a week and wfh the others and the WiFi is capable of handling that!

10 min walk to the high street and buses, and around 15 min walk to the train station - we have on-street parking on both sides and spaces available most of the time.
