I have a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The bedroom/bathroom/corridor close off to the rest of the house with its own door for privacy.
At the back of the house, overlooking the small garden, so quiet and private.

Ideal for a professional or mature student.

You will be sharing the home with myself and my daughter so it’s important that we find someone who is considerate, tidy, and respects our space.
There is no shared living room but we are often socialise in the kitchen and breakfast room.
We value a calm, friendly atmosphere and seek a tenant who will blend in well with our household.

Location: 2 minutes walk from the town center, 15 minutes walk to the train station, on the bus route to the University

Small garden for occasional use.
Parking permit available for on-street parking +£25 (if applicable).
