Double furnished room for rent

Hello future housemate!

The spare bedroom in my house is available to rent and includes a double bed & mattress, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and looks onto the back garden.

Located on the second floor, near a separate shared bathroom with bath / shower and separate toilet. My office and bedroom are on the same floor.

Downstairs is a large living room, kitchen and conservatory with patio space outside.

I work from home in web development, and like to cook and read in the evenings. I also enjoy walking and cycling. I'm easy going and keep the house tidy. I don't party or stay up late so looking for someone calm and respectful who equally wants a clean and quiet home environment and doesnt mind helping with their share of cleaning the house with me so that the place stays calm and tidy :)

The house is non-smoking.

All bills are included in the rent, and the room is available from 1st March 2026.
