The room is a spacious room with a double ottoman bed, black out blinds & curtains, drawers, wardrobe, and desk.

The other rooms upstairs are a shared bathroom with a walk in shower, my bedroom and office/spare room. Downstairs is the hallway (with washer & dryer), kitchen come diner (with American fridge freezer and dishwasher) and sitting room. The house also has off road parking space, a large back garden with patio, furniture and sheds. All bills are included.

The house is a 15-20 minutes walk from the Parade and Leamington town centre for the café, bars and pubs. For runners and walkers, the house is also less than five minutes' walk to Newbold Comyn.

I am a social person, working as an engineer that likes to my keep active in the gym, and spend time with my girlfriend and mates. My other hobbies include cars, coffee, reading.
