Super private and cosy - your room is a converted garage, therefore downstairs away from the bedrooms upstairs. Internal door to your room is in kitchen, and is a lockable door, but you also have your own private back door entrance from shared garden.

This is a family home, I live here with my 2 children. I work 3 days a week from home (Tuesday-Thursday). This house is only suitable if you don't mind children.

I have previously rented this room on Airbnb and was a Superhost, over 140 5 star reviews, which I can share my link to.

Very comfortable double bed (Mlily mattress) with ottoman gas-lift up storage underneath, Smart HD TV with Freeview and Netflix, double wardrobe, kallax cube storage unit, bedside drawers, Fridge, super fast broadband, 2 x swivel bar stools (high back and padded for comfort) and workbench, Lamp, Shoe bench, En-suite Bathroom with power shower and toilet, Mini Kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, toaster, etc. Mini kitchenette optional as can use main kitchen.

Room is in Sydenham, Leamington Spa, right next to Asda.

Asda Superstore and petrol station just a few minutes walk away.

I also have two allotment plots together 10 mins walk from the house and if it's something you're interested in, you're welcome to be part of it, too!
