Double room in friendly house

Double room available in a friendly house in a great central location.  

Current flatmates: 4 boys, 1 girl

We are all young professionals. We like hanging out together... losing pub quizzes, watching sports, heading to the pub/park - if you are interested, send me a message with a bit about yourself!

Concerning the House: 

- Centrally located in Leamington (close to the Drawing Board, Royal Pug, Jephson Gardens, etc) on a nice residential road 

- Spacious communal lounge

- Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine 

- Garden with a BBQ

- Two bathrooms, additional toilet

- Cleaner fortnightly for the communal areas 

- On street parking but you need to buy a permit  (only £25 a year)

The Room:

-Upstairs room with double bed, desk and chair. (Will be painted, with new curtains and door.)
- £650 per month (includes council tax, internet) 

- Utility bills - the Landlord pays the first £100 of utility bills for the house per month, anything remaining is then split between tenants

Housemates: 

- 5 young full time professionals

- This house would be a great fit for you if you're very sociable, friendly and tidy. 

- 12 month contact with the landlord, however it's possible to leave sooner if you find a replacement.
