Hi there,
My current housemate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room from 23 August 2026 in a lovely two-bedroom flat on Lillington Road, Leamington Spa.

About me
I'm 25 and work full-time in the automotive industry, usually in the office during the week. I've lived in Leamington for over a year and really enjoy both the area and the flat, so I'm keen to find a replacement for my current housemate and keep the tenancy going.
I'm tidy, easy-going and sociable, and I'm looking for someone similar who is looking for accommodation in central Leamington. The room would suit another young professional, although students are also welcome.
