Rate Based on Max 4 Nights a Week Mon - Fri

Looking for considerate individual who is clean and respectful to rent a furnished double room in 3 bed house with only 1 occupant and a chilled cat (hypoallergenic). No smoking in the property/ vaping is fine. Parking available. Bathroom with shower, 2nd WC downstairs. The property has a south facing rear court yard garden in a quiet area, with great neighbours. The kitchen has all the amenities but no dishwasher, it is generous enough that I have a sofa in it and therefore the lounge can be used exclusively so either of us can step out of the way if needed/ preferred. I am a self employed professional.
