I have a spacious double room available in Leamington Spa, furnished with a brand new mattress, built in wardrobe and a desk. Location in a very quite area, to be shared with 3 other professional housemates, one working in JLR and I believe other 2 are chefs. The bills are shared among the tenants equally. A large spacious living area and kitchen. Parking is available at the rear of the property.

Please ignore the shape of the mattress in the picture as it came rolled up when purchased, its now regained its shape.
