Double room available in a friendly house share just south of the river, around a 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the town centre.

The room is a comfortable double with exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom. While the bathroom isn't ensuite, it is solely for the occupant of this room (other bedrooms also have their own). The house has a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a DISHWASHER, a separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shared living room which we have put a projector in that is free for use. We also have Virgin Media's fastest broadband package, so you won't need to worry about bad internet.

There's a small garden and shed outside for additional storage (I have my bike in there - though it has a flat tire I need to repair :/ ).

The property is located on a pedestrianised street, so it's nice and quiet, and there's also plenty of parking on-street and in a little car park round the back which always has plenty of space.

You'll be living with three friendly male housemates in their early twenties. We're a mix of students and professionals and are all pretty chill. We're looking for someone who is easy-going and reasonably tidy. No particular preference between students/professionals/whatever, as long as you're a good fit and we all get along.

In terms of non-rent costs, bills are reasonable split 4-ways: just under £60 per person per month and not expected to increase. Council Tax is Band B and currently works out at exactly £39.50 per person per month. Though if you're a full-time student we may be able to apply for an exemption.

The landlord is pretty chill as they come, though he is currently passing management of the property on to his brother so hopefully he's just as reasonable and responsive.
