We have a medium double room to fill in our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Leamington Spa. The room backs onto the garden and shares a bathroom with one other girl downstairs, with another bathroom for the three girls upstairs.
Rent is £420 pm (around ~£490 including bills), council tax band C (but we are all students). We are all female year 2/3 WMS med students aged 25-29, preferably looking for another girl.
House is super close to U1/U2 bus stops and about 15 mins walk from leam high street, 5-10 mins drive from supermarkets and we have street parking and a driveway.
