Looking for a friendly, clean and respectful flatmate to share a home in Leamington Spa.
I’m a 41 year old working professional and have lived in Leamington for the past four years. I’m sociable and friendly but also really value having a calm, comfortable home and my own space. I enjoy cooking, going out for food and drinks, travelling and keeping active.
I also have a small older dachshund, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a dog.
I’m ideally looking for someone who is similarly considerate, tidy and easy-going – happy to have a chat or occasionally share a glass of wine, but also independent and respectful of each other’s space.
The room is £800 per month including bills + gas & electric (about £50/month) and short lets are considered.
