-Each room has its own ensuit, a TV wall mount ready for mounting TV, desk and chair, bed, wardrobe and bedside.

-Kitchen: Tumbler drier, fridge, electric oven, central heating, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Dishwasher not working.
-The electricity bill will be charged monthly based on consumption and divided equally amongst the 3 tenants.
