A furnished double room with exclusive use of a separate bathroom is available in a two-bedroom apartment on Holly Walk, central Leamington Spa. I’m looking for someone to take my place as my university plans have changed.

You would share with just one other person: my friend, a 22-year-old male postgraduate student. He has his own ensuite, so the separate bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower, is for your exclusive use. The living/dining room and kitchen are shared.

RENT AND AVAILABILITY
£700 per calendar month, excluding bills. Available from 28 September 2026. We’re looking for someone for the September 2026–September 2027 academic year; the joint tenancy is periodic and the formal arrangements will be agreed through the letting agent.

The room will be furnished before move-in. Photos show the property before move-in, and the furniture supplied may differ.

Central Leamington location, convenient for shops, cafés and public transport. Council tax band B, as stated in the agent’s listing.

The original listing advertises the whole flat at £1,400 pcm; this advert is for one room at £700 pcm.
