£495 per month excl. bills. Tenancy runs until 30 June 2027.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers, and has direct access to the rear garden/patio. The house is shared with 4 male Warwick students.

I’m leaving Warwick and am looking for another student to formally take over my place on the existing tenancy. The replacement must be a student and the transfer will be completed officially through Tara & Co / Student Homes, including their usual ID, Right to Rent and guarantor checks.

Some of my belongings are visible in the photos, but everything will be removed before the new tenant moves in.

Council Tax Band C. As this is a student property, qualifying full-time students would be exempt from council tax.
